Package Your Items
Carefully place the unworn garments with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Ship to Emaxmodel
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location near you.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
